5. Canceling an order
If you want to cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order will be processed and we will not be able to cancel it. Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process after receiving the goods.
